Our origins – from idea to reliable solution
Nagelwind was born out of real-world experience. Brothers Anatolijs and Vjaceslavs Gvozdevs knew firsthand how hard it is to find reliable skilled workers for the wind power and heavy-duty industries. In 2022, they founded Nagelwind SIA in Latvia, followed by Nagelwind DE GmbH in 2023 together with Erik Katze. Today, we stand for flexible and competent skilled worker placement-across Europe and with a clear goal: the project success of our customers.
